Nell’articolo di oggi, collegandoci al video del 3RM di trazioni https://youtu.be/VP14LtX1OcM, che deve sempre essere svolto prima di questo test,  illustreremo come svolgere il test AMRAP di trazioni, ovvero il massimo numero di trazioni consecutive a corpo libero.

AMRAP è l’acronimo di As Many Reps As Possible ed è il modo più immediato per descrivere questo test.

Questo test serve per fornirci un’indicazione su come gestiamo, a livello metabolico, uno sforzo ripetuto senza recuperi.

Questo puó aiutarci a comprendere meglio il calo di prestazione che possiamo percepire quando ci ritroviamo ad eseguire numerosi movimenti fisici come possiamo trovare in boulder e vie molto strapiombanti.

Inoltre combinando il risultato di questo test con i feedback che abbiamo quando ci ritroviamo in parete, riusciremo a comprendere al meglio se sarà il caso di focalizzarci sul miglioramento di questa caratteristica, o se sarà il caso di lavorare su aspetti tecnici per migliorare l’efficacia di scalata su terreni molto strapiombanti.

Prima di iniziare dobbiamo attrezzarci per svolgere questo test, e ci serviranno:

-una sbarra

-il nostro corpo

-voglia di spingereeee

Una volta che abbiamo raccolto tutto il necessario, possiamo ora svolgere il test.

Essendo già caldi dal test precedente il 3RM di Trazioni, dobbiamo semplicemente recuperare un tempo adeguato e partire con questo test.

Quante più ripetizioni possibili, senza fermarsi a recuperare, con esecuzione tecnicamente corretta.
